Ömer Ergün

MSc Student 

Omer moved to the Netherlands last year from Turkey where he studied psychology at Ankara University. He is currently a second-year research masters student at the BSI, and is interested in the neural basis of political and moral behavior, moral decision making, moral conflict and social neuroendocrinology.


In our lab, Omer is completing his thesis on moralized rationality, an emerging concept referring to seeing the reliance on science and rationality as a moral virtue.


In his free time, Omer enjoys traveling and discovering new places.
